We finished installing that last window in the great room array. These are wonderful windows with a south-eastern view. Haven’t quite figured out how to wash them yet. Scaffolding may have to be involved. Around the west side yard, the propane tank has been set and hooked up.

Look at those September skies!
The hallway is nice and wide – a generous 6 feet across – to allow air to circulate through the house easily. Looking down the hall towards the Great Room, that’s a walk-in pantry on the right side, and the laundry room and an office on the left.
The kitchen island is built from extra logs. We adjusted the plans to include an extra wide hallway. The front door entryway has a closet area that we will leave open for a bench seat and storage.

The SIP panels come with a finished ceiling on the inner side. We got knotty pine tongue and groove for the great-room and kitchen area, and drywall over the loft and bedrooms.
