The electrical is moving along, and – of course – central heating!

Update June 2022: This Ashley wood burning stove was one of my smartest investments.  Ten years later, it is still the main source of heat in the home.  I do have a propane wall heater at the back of the house which helps with the bedrooms to the east and west side.

During the winter, friends come over and immediately go to the stove to warm up.  I got an old solid wood church pew at a yard sale, and it sits in front of the stove, which warms the wood, and a few throw pillows for the sides.

Over the years, the seal on the door needed to be replaced, and I accidentally fractured the glass, so it has a few scars, but the old girl is still doing her job like a trouper!
